- The man that presidential agent Charley Castillo and his crew are pursing for his role in the UN/Iraq oil-for-peace scandal is killed right before their eyes, although they personally don't see who was responsible. Charley suspects it's someone higher up the money chain who doesn't want their secrets revealed. Unfortunately for them, they've left just enough of a trail for Charley to follow. With carte blanche from the President to go wherever it takes, the trail leads Charley somehwere totally unexpected
